We get our leaves approved whenever required. Cabs are provided for all shifts.

I regretfully experienced firsthand the disorganised management, toxic work culture. Senior Manager does not respect the employees and scolds using inappropriate words. Managers are not at all understanding and are biased towards few people. The process and rules changes as per the situations and people leading to a frustrating and demotivating work environment.
