Good thing is that if you have will to learn, you will learn by yourself because you will get a lot of work.

Dislikes

Actually there was nothing i liked. No job security, no one cares about you. Only they want their work done. Managers are totally worse than you think. And good thing is that no one listen to you, only they will listen of their managers. Most of the staffs are drunks and racists.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
