JBF Industry Ltd This company is a very good company, but the management here is absolutely useless, here your job is saved but the growth is not there, the position you will join will remain there for 10 years.

I disliked the working here because the employee who is older and who has been working does not get an entry in the other new employee and the old employee neither teaches that work to anyone.

Working here was not less than a challenge for us, I also worked for 3 years continuously but I did not learn anything from it because no one helps anyone, I am sad…

Absolutely there are lot of politics in management designation they are also recruit for job as his relation at better post,salary is better but carrer growth is slow,there is not bond is assigned,job training is given to new joinees

5 days a week timing 10-6 very suitable salary bonus all on time increment every year without fail received full salary during corona period sitting at home

Very partial n biased at time of giving increment favoritism first work n sincerety does not matter no HR rules n regulations followed no HR DEPT not informed staff abut der future what will happen as company got sold off recently
