Jaywant Sugar Limited. is a private Sugar factory in Satara District. Which is working effectively and efficiently. The recovery is very good as compared to other factories. I am proud to be part of such industry. The new project of distillery is under progress where I learn so many advance technologies. Overall work environment is good.

Dislikes

Growth is slow.

Work Details

I work as site engineer for new project of distillery civil work.daily work report. Sometimes factory maintenance work (pipe line,pump foundations, machine foundations,roads and housekeeping)supervision.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Last year award from Deccan Sugar Association for "Reduction in Steam Consumption for Sugar Manufacturing" is representation of innovative Technology.

Work Environment - It has lengthy procedures for material requisition.

My fieldwork is Operation and Maintenance of ETP, CPU (Condensate Polishing Unit and WTP and DM plant for Boiler. My desk job is Application for Consent with Documentation, Coordinate with Pollution Control Board to obtain Consent to Operate.
