Those who butter seniors, indulge in politics and least output in patient care given weightage , pay , perks, position. As until you work in the Radiodiagnosis Department, MAX Shalimar Bagh the seniors Admin or from MAX Saket will not understand the politics. I initiated and established and headed Dept of Radiodiagnosis in a particular MAX branch since 2011, but had to leave because of politics created to snatch headship , seniority and pay despite having the best turn around time, awards, initiated DNB programme, only one efficient in all Modalities USG, CT Scan and MRI. Seniors from MAX Saket or Senior Admin cannot understand in their monthly visit because of politics created to take headship, salary as they are not working in the Dept. Despite being popular in patients and clinical colleagues because of my reporting because of politics I had to quit. I have experience of more than 25 years in all three modalities and experience of Sir Gangaram Hospital, Rajeev Gandhi Cancer Hospital and served max for almost thirteen years - for me mental peace was more important than working in a place where patient care suffered and politics was given weightage.
