The company is using very old technology due to this a lots of manual work duing by the employees there is no skilled development on this company and work culture is very poor and work place is too uncomfortable.

Dislikes

There is no growth, The work pressure was very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hour straight in a Day, and also the management is very poor. They duduct 35% of salary on Covid-19 even though I was working at that time.

Two alternative Saturday off, Medical, PF, and annual bonus facilities provided by company are good. Salary transferred in a/c on time. Leaves provided whenever required. Job pressure is shown on face of employees. The work culture and cooperation is very poor. I was also worked for 5 yrs in 2001 to 2005 then the job security and working culture was very good.

Now the work culture is very poor. Excellence and skilled are demoralizes by senior management and total dictatorship is going on in the company. Secondly, lobbying is most important to work here. No one listen against this lobby. Flattery and buttering are key to job security besides you are foolish and do not have more expertise. The management is very smart as they do not doing continuous work for 8 hours. They don't have any idea that how much time a task will took to finish it. They think that like them other employees are enjoying the work but it's not true. A person who will do continuous work in heavy pressure can make any mistake that is not tolerable for those who do not associated with so called lobby and fired from the job and making lot of mistakes but devoted to the lobby are safe forever....Read More

Overall experience was good in Jaypee. If you have enthusiasm of learning, then only you can learn things, else there is no one to teach you there. Do best, the work is not that hard. You will enjoy complete work life there as a government organisation.

The thing I dislike of Jaypee is there is no such employee friendly policy. Only medical insurance is there, that is also of very less amount. Also as in this pandemic time, company should arrange laptops/systems for everyone to work from home. But, there is no such provision. You have to come to office. So, company is not thinking as for employees. No Cafeteria is there. Overall, no other benefits....Read More

It is one of the worst place to grow your career. Nobody knows what it means of developing skills and having a fruitful conversation. Even at the time of an appraisal, there will be a 1-sided discussion without any feedback given to you. It has a 6 days working culture with 2 & 4 sat off. During this pandemic, they wouldn't able tosustain their employees and their salaries despite of operating from last 50 years in the medical domain.
