Javi system work only in telecom sector if you are fresher than you can join but after sometime you should be change the job because there is only learning for freshers but there is no growth. My overall experience is wrost in this company no increment, no future and many more negative feedbacks.

Poor management , they aren't thinking about the employees career & his/her growth, no appraisal no learning only politics. Management always thinking for company growth may be they got appraisal on timely but below manager level employes always fighting with management for appraisal but nobody will got on timely.

Nothing to appreciate,they gave fake promises,but nothing worked as per they said,salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities, Nothing was followed legally,salary 13 days to one month late, complete cheating management

The company is working with telecom industry as a vendor. It gives maintenance , services and support to customers in all PAN INDIA. As a result, i get to travel many Stats and cities of INDIA. Our colleagues are very supportive, good and helpful in all ways.

Dislikes

Company culture is very good but there is no bonus and increment. Work pressure is very high and some times we worked continuously day and night without any intensive or over time payment.

poor salary without any increment and not pay on time,expenses not clear on time.if u refused for work due to money issue they forced you for taking loan from your friends and complete company work.if you apply for resign they cancel your resignation and terminates you.
