HR Policies Rude Behaviour of top management Don't dare to join this worst-ever organisation. They need IT staff to work in N8 Shifts with american accent of english-- Which is imposible to find for recruiter. In case if we find them the max package offered is 20LPA for Male candidates Female candidates, they offer max to max 12LPA Too much pressure. Worst ever team lead. It's a fake company, worst company ever, please do not join this company, they promise you remote opportunity and then they later ask you to come to office in Bhopal, and for no reason they put in PIP and terminate people. Worst management ever. Please do not join here and spoil your career.

Java R&D has a peaceful work culture, Timely login and logouts, Understanding management and so many monetary motivations, Not just this, They understand the needs of their employees and support them whenever required. Java R&D is a nice place to work, as it imparts training in respective field and has excellent policies.
