Overall good experience, Most of the time, you can leave office on time.

Dislikes

Work culture in quality department is terrible. The QC head follows 'Divide snd Rule' police. Sometimes, You cannot prevent a defective process despite being a QC person. Production department has upper hand over QC and management also only listens to them.

You can leave office on time. No forced overtime required. However sometimes you need to stay and come on weekly offs as & when required. Sunday & Alternate Saturday off. HR is supportive. Company paid salaries during first Covid lockdown. Company has growth potential.

Dislikes

Internal politics in QC department. Quality head has acquired some certifications but posseses no knowledge of it. No on job training. No decision making. 'Tumhara kaam tum jaano' attitude of H.O.D. No team leadership. Job security depends on your boss. I have to leave company because of my HO.D. He even made two other employees to leave job. For two consecutive years I got least appraisal among all employees just because of my boss....Read More
