Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Founder Mr. Abhay Jasani is a gem of person but he is not much active in business

Internal politics, groupism, favors to particular caste.

Work Details

Group is big. We'll known in industry. Doing well in exports but when it comes to employees it's nothing much to talk about. No good pay, no other benifit, politics.
