Flexible working hours. Good work culture.

Dislikes

Poor growth. Increasingly top-heavy. Uneven promotions and hikes across individuals and teams. Some teams are poorly compensated and promoted while other average teams are considered the apple of the eye.

The company has absolutely nothing to offer to even a defence buff Totally flat organization and no opportunities for growth Parties and extra activities happens only when there is a visit from UK team. They try hard to impress them by organizing circus during those days. Otherwise nothing at all. The team here in India acts as a back end support. The face of the company is the UK team, absolutely zero business development activities here in India. The company never sponsors you for any defence events anywhere. They wont even let you attend Aero India which occurs in Bangalore itself. So zero personal development and growth. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> The company has zero team bonding exercise, dead working culture, dull and pale office space</mark>. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
