Likes

Even in corona period there were no lay offs or discussions of it, even some times paid salary before time. School follows rich culture, school is really great in case with treatment for teachers and support staff is really best. No one is gonna raise voice at a teacher even for mistakes it will be understood and discussed behind closed door. Students and parents of school are really good compare to other schools(bit partiality towards celebrity kids is possible but that won’t harm anyone)....Read More

1. Canteen: it seems school try to take benefits of it location and charge hefty to careen owners canteen quality is pathetic. God know what these gujrati likes about that blunt Paw vada yeah it’s called paw wasa in that canteen. Over priced menu blunt food. Finding dead cockroach in food is normal. The owner of canteen mr Dixit is arrogant towards kids. Purposely serves less quantify to kids and there no second serving of food, sometimes teachers are served same as kids...Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
