when i joined this company my work was slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire import export business and supply chain management. though it was good learning and good support from seniors colleges.

I like the fact that people are given free hand and a sense of responsibility to perform. The management is very aggressive. The work life balance too is good. You don't need to travel that much. Overall environment is Ok.

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics. The management vision is not clear. Senior people bully juniors. Job security is not there. Growth is stagnant after a point of time.
