I did my internship for like 6 months, I will just go point wise.. Teammates - Helpful Training- ground level training which I found very helpful Job security - U joking.. They fired a CFO for no big reason...Seriously... Career growth - stagnant life Salary- less than the market Travel - no idea Politics - every workplace has butthis has very negligible Learning & Innovation - always ready for something new Life out here is very tough You come to office u forget about your family. Boss is very harsh....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
