Good work environment and teammate not helping each other, i.e not my work, your job. Only adm officer to run all over, cleaning, security, catering, transport, cafeteria are good, Hon'ble Chancellor good, I am not getting my leave balance payment previous year. Increase of salary and bonus I don't know about this.

Working at JNU Jaipur is an Amazing Experience. The company offers great benefits and opportunities for its employees. The team is friendly and supportive and the management is open to new ideas. I also appreciate the onsite gym, dining facilities, and various other facilities that make for a great work environment.

One of the areas that I would like to see improvements in is the communication between employees and management. I believe that with better communication, the company could be even more effective and successful.
