I really enjoyed the collaborative environment here at Jaipur National University. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, so it makes is easy to work together and come up with creative solutions. Additionally, the university is constantly striving to provide the best experience for both students and staff

Dislikes

One thing I dislike is that Jaipur National University can sometimes be slow to respond to requests for feedback. it would be great if there were more streamlined processes to ensure that everyone's voice is heard and problems are addressed quickly.

Good work environment and teammate not helping each other, i.e not my work, your job. Only adm officer to run all over, cleaning, security, catering, transport, cafeteria are good, Hon'ble Chancellor good, I am not getting my leave balance payment previous year. Increase of salary and bonus I don't know about this.

Adm working time other universities to much long, do duties and responsibilities for all personal , some persons, seeing on line move on computer hiding cctv no restrictions and watching serial and song on mobile phonethose persons busy they are always told to that complete within a days complete work, those are not interested work they are not told any thing. Working at JNU Jaipur is an Amazing Experience. The company offers great benefits and opportunities for its employees. The team is friendly and supportive and the management is open to new ideas. I also appreciate the onsite gym, dining facilities, and various other facilities that make for a great work environment.

Dislikes

One of the areas that I would like to see improvements in is the communication between employees and management. I believe that with better communication, the company could be even more effective and successful. Additionally, I would also like to see more collaboration between team members to help foster creativity and innovation in the workplace.

jaipur national university It is good to do a job but salary and politics there are very useless. You do not even get a salary slip. And your growth is also very slow. Despite being a faculty there is no value there. What all is cut from the salary, it is a big problem.

Management cuts the salary for petty reasons. Will not allow leaves adjacent to public holidays. Management treats employs disrespectfully and excpects them to be puppets. No salary hikes.
