As an associate professor at Jain University, the institution treats all of its employees fairly. The university has a retention bonus policy that promotes a positive work environment quite effectively. Students in college are extremely helpful. There is a professional work environment in place, which ensures that the work is of high quality.

Dislikes

Everything else is excellent, but the rigorous timings make it impossible to arrange transportation sometimes. It would be fantastic if the institution also provided transportation for the employees.

Work Details

As an Associate Professor, I am responsible for teaching the students' allotted courses. In addition to student mentoring, I participate in research publication and run training programs.
