The Work Nature related to Higher Education Sector, since I have experienced in higher education quality assurance in my previous organization (NAAC), so it will be great opportunity working at JAIN University to learn and earn the experience on how the Universities / Institutions operates and offer the courses / programmes to stakeholders (Students), function of Internal Administration, formulating the Institutional guidelines and policies which are supported to Students and Teaching and non-teaching staff. Lack of patience, co-ordination and co-operation within the staff, seems to be less encouragement and promotional activities for hardworking and dedicated staff for long term.

I working as Learning Manager for the Online degree programmes offered by the University, I have certain multiple role & responsibility of entire database management of batch wise UG and PG students in admission process

The compensation package doesn't meet the aspiration of the people working there and also far less than the industry standards
