There is much more scope to learn ,no training provided except fire fighting, no carrier growth , cheap lavel politics ,zero work life balance.

Dislikes

Cheap label office politics that can damage ur carrier , no team work just follow order , salary on between 8 to 12 every month. No facilities except mediclame.

Compensation is average and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high because of lack of clarity in job responsibilities. Hierarchy is poor in functions. There is lac of proper appraisals and your hard work go unnoticed during salary revisions/increments/promotions. Also there is no on job training for freshers except one initial training, hence senior associates like me have to guide them step by step, which always keeps us under pressure for successful operation of the various components of the projects. Truly speaking, my job profile was really challenging as i had to look after a complete turnkey project right from the designing to complete execution of the projects. I really worked hard to get the assignments done within stipulated time period.
