Nothing good to mention. except a fancy office in noida

Dislikes

Expect a heavy a**-licking culture, no work-life balance. If you plan to focus on work instead of saying yes to going for late night parties, unplanned lunch breaks., no agenda meetings etc then you are termed to be a misfit and will be side-lined. Work takes a backseat and comes after all the politics, favouritism and no-logic 'Boss said this- we got to do it'

The work environment and culture at Jagran is really good. Even the company policies are employee friendly. Appraisals are transparent and feedback appreciated

Dislikes

Salary is decent however, career and learning growth and scope is limited.

I learnt a lot on the job and in my tenure with the company. I did get to climb the growth ladder through the years but every few years and took time. Work tends to encroach beyond working hours and days to get better results but not always
