There is nice environment. There is Less work pressure. Students don't irritate. There are Serious students also. Management treats like family for get together only.

Dislikes

Job not fix. One can be remove from job anyday. No job security. Management very clever in dealing with Faculties.

what you get in jagmohan college of law is fresh air as the college is situated in abandoned place, but sometime there may be scarcity of even water and other essential things.

Dislikes

there is one person known as DG is the whole sole who always wants that people working there should be his 'CHATUKAR' otherwise you will be kicked out without any pre intimidation. owner is stubborn. no job safety.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
