Not a visionary organization... Can be a school for beginners but not a organization to work with for too longer duration.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Work Details

My work over there was quite good as it was my first job my kids were very cooperative and good otherwise principal and senior staff was not good at all
