Its a KPO and works on SMSF industries of Australia. My work there as an accountant. The work is repetitive and looks cumbersome in a long time. But overall work culture is good and supporting environment that I like there.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. I worked for 1.5 years for the company. Though new joiners (6 months) who were learning from me about the process were promoted. I asked the hr to compare my performance till Dec 2017 with other team members then they told me that they do not have data on their portal. Just because my TL was not liking me they stopped my promotion. I decided to resign then they compelled me to write good review for the company on exit form otherwise they will not return my retention money....Read More
