If you want to get good learnings then this one is a good company as there is lot of scope of improvement and when you get involved in such projects then that's great opportunity.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor, HRs are not supportive, and often they ignore employees complaints. Even increments are very low, and growth opportunity is highly restrained due to company politics many deserving candidates are struggling to get promotions.

Work Details

Work life is highly imbalanced, many people have to work for multiple shifts without weekends. They intentionally are hiring very few employees and make them work overtime to give similar output.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and management little bit. Salary is not enough but monthly salary time is punctual or in time.

Career growth is very slow.
