Nothing as the entire company is run by consultants who run the company and performance only on the basis of Excel sheet and only get active in the last week of every month. They have blind folded MD and misdirecting him completely and has only increased the manpower cost of the company and vis a vis no sale. They are only interested in talking in English make people work on Excel sheet and decide the performance.. they are never a part of any initiative to develop people or take part in helping improve the sales of the company. They are business process HR and were hired to improve the quality of people and train them to improvise the sales and image of the company. The worst part is they analyse everyone's performance month on month but i dont understand who gauges their performance.. they have not been able to improvise sales nor quality of working for people ... They are simply fooling management and reaping the company off... Trust me untill and unless the owner of the company won't understand about people centricity and taking care of people who work for them... Nothing will change here ..
