There are so many aspects to talk about specially good work ethics. Off course, I have rated JMB very high in all aspects and frankly speaking I am really proud to be part of JMB Group.

Dislikes

Recently due to crisis and market competition, JMB's standard of compensation and promoting talented people have gone down. Since it was transition phase after spending more than 100 years in shipping field, JMB will surely overcome with challenges and maintained its legacy for which they are known for in the market...till then theabove mentioned points are area of concern. The company is open to Innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that i am part of Stolt team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus p[oint is that my colleagues come from various cultural background , and we are happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire import operations as well as manage day to day yield operation.
