There was no rest and weekly off and need to give total life to the firm. Health gets affected. Without health how it is possible to work. There is no realisation on this from management. ISO certified only for certificate but not exercising in reality. No good facilities to work and no recognition for good work. Bosses bank onsubordinates when their situation at risk and if positive result comes they encash and if negative result comes they blame on subordinate. Crooked work culture. No team work. More than handful of work to do. You will be pulled into lot of works at a time. Strain is common and no one is ready to share the work. Team work is a dream and providing facilities like proper systems is indenting in a govt. department.
