Just Govt is not much supportive to it.. Low allowances weather it's hard or risk allowances.. Work pressure is too high even major times people don't support uh they creat hindrances in ur duty.. And most of the time you need to adopt urself in given situation without ur consent.. Promotion process is much slower..

Quit good.. Even I enjoyed very much.. I love travelling and I got opportunity to travel or perform my duty to many districts which gives me much experience... But this job is also tough as per the situation of state. High chances of risk,
