They deliberately delay the salary for 25 - 30 days. Only first month you get the salary on time and after that the drama starts. They stop answering your phone calls related to the salary. They do not reply to the emails related with the salary queries. This happens with each and every one.

Never ever join these company. Not even in dreams. Lot of issues mainly with salary , they wont give salary on time. And do not even bother to update.

The work pressure depends upon the project. Usually one gets plenty of time to complete the tasks. i would say it's the best organization to stay where you either want to take a break and think about what you want to do next or you need a job with high job security.

2 years of wfh opportunity due to COVID19.

Well there are all dislikes. No annual appraisal in past 3 years. Salary delay initially it was 15th of next month and gradually it moved to 30th or sometime 2-3 months delay. Very poor managerial skills. Management is not at all bothered about employee's sufferings.
