Management is pretty opaque. As a fresher i was full with enthusiasm to learn something new everyday i gave my best but at the end of 1st month when i asked for my pay cheques they said my cheques are delayed by 2 months and same happen again and again it's like 2.5 months over here and i am not being paid a single penny.
