So we are working for the money but we never get that on time , apart from that there is so many false promises our there,dont trust on HR because they have HR like 22 23 years girls and they dont have any answers to our problem also, and lot of politics they have there is no work life no personal growth you will come under comfort zone and you only dont feel like to do any thing so if you want to join pls make sure you have everything on wrritten other wise you can not survie hear and pls dont connect with anyone emotionally they will wash your brain and for them late working hours matters no productive working hour dosent matter if you are working till late then only you will get appriciation and pramotions but if you are coming on time doing everything than you will only get disrespect , insults , no motivation and no salerey on time . Salery is low, Salery is not on time like its not sure if you are getting every month. No increment and also if you are not able to do admission they hold your Salery. Water and transport is not good.

I joined ITM Group in January 2022 as a Social Media Executive and left in 2024 as a Senior Executive.
