Nothing they hide lot's of things at the time of joining

job are not secure and whatever they said in the starting everything will change after few months like if they hired you for science, English they transfer you in mathematics without your permission this is totally unfair... Very insecure place to work..

The principal and some teachers are nice.

Dislikes

The school is big in infrastructure but they lack in discipline. They will expect you to be servants of the students. Students who have poor academic record will be welcomed by the school. Teachers are treated as servants. The chairperson, AO, academic coordinator all these women are extremely rude and not understanding. They will not tell you how things are done in their school but they will expect you to be expert in everything from day one. You're not allowed to say anything to the students. They can let go of a teacher but never of a student. The salary they will pay and the amount of work they will get out of you is so disproportionate. Extremely toxic work environment. The students are very misbehaved and you can't say anything to them. The old teachers are exempted from all deadlines but the new ones are constantly grilled.
