The process of becoming a store manager not correct, after giving more than five years in the store, person will be able to manage the store. Even if he or she has proved many time for a long period.

Generally speaking my work was slightly challenging as I had look after the entire sales of store because of most Sr. Second in Command. But I always gone through out gold stars, beyond the target. A part from sale I was also perfect in operation as well,
