Medical umlimited is the only advantage,but it will be shown in ctc

Work pressure is high There is no career growth No value for hard working people Appraisal system is very worst,especially in finance dept Bose's are help less fellows Appraisals ratings will be decided by Bose's with their foolishness attitude in the month of January and discussions will be happened with appraisees in the month March month

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
