Growth for other than CA rank holder is stagnant after few years , at the beginning of the month due to books closing no leave on week ends even for Govt holiday like May 1 ,Oct 2 , year on year increment is so low , it will not match regular inflation

Work life balance is terrible. You leaving on time, top management takes it in a manner that you dont have enough work. Late nights are a normal especially for senior management. Appraisals are seriously affected by this.
