Lot of opportunities for learning, Employee Friendly HR Policies, They care for their employees with team outings also. Salaries are on time. Travelling allowance is provided, Canteen is also there.

Dislikes

No work life balance, you have to stretch for 12-14 hours for most of the days. Promotion is very slow for Level 6 and below.

No one will be worry about yourself because the only thing really matter for them is work, and it needs to be completed on time. There is zero work life balance. After entering into this company you should stop thinking and caring about yourself.

Work life balance is terrible. You leaving on time, top management takes it in a manner that you dont have enough work. Late nights are a normal especially for senior management. Appraisals are seriously affected by this.
