ITC means full of safety rules. For the beginners it is a good platform as a apprentice. All our sir's (JTA) was so cooperative. We involved all the work, it help us to improve our skill. Work time is 8.30hrs including lunch and breakfast, there is no overtime. For the monthly stipend / salary ITC is most punctual. Here is a stable work environment with no politics and union.

In my view for this factory- The operator's increment process is slow.

I was member of maintenance team as a trainee. My first experience with many unknown machineries and electronics device was exciting.
