As from the past 3.5 years of my work with ITC PSPD it mainly concerns about the safety of the employee and helps to maintains the Work life balance effectively

In my perspective it is stick with its own policy which need to be update as per the present situation

The comfy has latest technology and good scope to latest technology. Company is considered the working G persons. One of the advantage is TPM.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high in this organization. The working department is not relevant to educational qualification in some Departments. Working in late nights even after in weekly offs also.
