The company and its culture is very nice there is no comparison in it.
Dislikes
The seniors are not cooperative they dont understand the situation and the reason behind it. Without knowing anything they just take some wrong decisions which can affect a simple employee. Before some years the people of company were not offensive but now it is completely opposite because many changes happened so the work culture has been affected. Now a days the seniors are not at all having understanding because of which it affected on my job and my personal life sorry to say it but I am completely disturb. I have no problem with the company and its culture but my senior person has polluted it I am not at all feeling good to say it but it is the harsh reality. All seniors are not same some are kind hearted and helpful but some of them are black hearted are careless. Some senior just show there seniors that they are doing so much hard work for company but when you will see at ground level the reality is very critical. Lastly I request to the company that the people who have polluted the culture and environment of the company please handle them carefully otherwise the future of our company is dark and be careful. I am proud of my company as you all know that I am the old employee of the company I was working with company from Cleantek.
