As an intern you will learn alot.

1. Extremely toxic environment created by the management. 2. There are no standard employee policies. All policies are created at the moment management feels like it without discussing it with the employees. 3. At the time of salary increment they delay it by creating new rules that were not there earlier. 4. The managers have no power and can't even speak up for their team. Even for leave approvals the managers can't approve them. 5. There are no breaks allowed in between the working hours. They only provide a lunch break for an hour. 6. Employees are monitored all the time through cctv cameras with microphones. What the employee is talking about and where he/she is going everything is monitored by one of the managing directors. 7. The director has cctv access on their mobiles and the director keeps it running all the time while working. 8. The company's owner runs the company like a household. 9. At the time of appraisal biasness is on point and some employees have been asked for justification for why they should receive an appraisal. 10. The biasness factor is too prominent as the owner has some favourites whom he has promoted unethically. Absolutely Nothing. Joke of a company run by joke of a management.

Salary is super low, they hire interns and freshers and expect thm to perform like top professionals. Hire and fire policy followed at an unethical scale. Salary is always delayed and the management is completely rude and unprofessional. No incentives or performance bonus. Not recommended to anyone looking to start their career. Stay away from company politics when you start.
