Fantastic place to work! The people are polite and understanding. The exposure to working with different clients has been great. I also got an internal promotion and appraisal which was quite motivating and I am grateful to the management for the support.

The top management makes sure of it, creating a fair and welcoming environment for all Additionally, the work culture is fantastic and people are friendly. Management also not confirmed about the work process flow what to do what not to do .roles and responsibilities can change any time with out any information. Due to Lack of resource everything u have to manage and if u failed then u have to face the consequences and there are 100% of chance to loosing ur job.

There is nothing to be liked only in your initial days it will feel you good and once you become comfortable they will treat you like a labour.

Management & HR are worst, they both take care of themselves only no complaints is taken seriously, moreover HR will tell everything to managers and management so that they can take revenge, No fix duration of anything, Management is always in favor of girls.

The department which should solve the issues of employees is the most useless department here. HR here has one job throughout the day, write reviews on glassdoor and ambitionbox. Have a look at the 5star reviews are you can be your own judge if they mean anything. Other than that HR checks which employee is out for more than 1 hour so that they can deduct their salary directly from the payroll

There is nothing to like about this pan dukan. Working here is much worse than being jobless. Ask any ex folks to know the picture. Pathetic place, absolute torture and workplace harassment without pay and relieving letter.

Fake commitment , Cruel Hr team, They should have sacked from company. Putting Bond for all the employee , privately ,and taking sign by saying this is just joining formalities. Think 10000 times before you join, Don't spoil your career.
