Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Worst company with no head straight agenda. Headless chickens in the field of academic. Some of the retired vc work here, & don't mind, they think themselves God or Equivalents.
