There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

They don't pay salary on time and they give any benefits to the employees. Manager kaustubh is very diplomatic person he will always keep you hanging with no real answers. HR is doing nothing for the employees. Director of the company bhakti sapke don't deliver any of her promises. I left the company gave resignation she promised methat she will not keep my money but after 2 months she blocked me from everywhere because I was asking for my 1.80 lakh rupees of incentives of 1 year. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
