Honest review. It's an unorganised setup with max 10 team members. No permanent office space, will ask you to work from 4/5 star properties or co-working spaces which keeps fluctuating. Without induction and training the organization prefers results from day 1 (you heard it right day 1). Absolutely no process and policies in place, no documentation in place, no salary slips nothing. Language and mentality issues. Will make you cry for your salary and then not pay you on the basis of "you have not done anything" it's not just one off case, it can be verified by many ex employees. The other reviews don't seem genuine, do your research well before joining. Please don't go by those 4.9 to 5 star reviews (47 reviews, when the current employee strength is 10 max, really?). Attrition rate is very high (either employees quit or they are fired stating zero performance). Too much drama happening all the time....Read More
