I used to like the company culture overall It opened doors for everyone. But now leads in projects have encouraged sychophancy. If you don't belong to their group then your time is short in the company. Heard that one of the leads even blackmailed the company to open a separate branch in another city itself. They are hiring on the basis of their likes and dislikes and no proper evaluation is done. Hr has become more of a rubber stamp....Read More

Politics by leads. Hiring process will depend more on which state u belong. Hr policies are diluted. I wish Iris comes back to old days where everyone was IRISIANS and not from any group.
