The Company has adopted latest technology with systematic procedures to follow. Company culture & environment is friendly, flexible timings and work life balance.Great company to work and overall awesome experience.

I currently work with IQVIA as a project lead (11 YOE) in clinical trials, drug safety and Pharmacovigilance. I have been trying to move into Healthcare consulting lately due to my interest. I have an offer letter for a similar role. It is 3Lakh rise on my current salary. I'm not excited about the pay but the change of job role that it offers. Can you guys please help me on it?
