Dislikes

Training, Doesn't give proper training or Cooperate for pregnants which made me to leave job in IMS. Doesn't give good exposure or cooperate for maternity plans.

Work Details

It was very good for me as it was my first company and first job, I likes working with IMS especially the team I got. But the only disadvantage it is not for maternity plans apart from that I personally liked working with IMS.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I currently work with IQVIA as a project lead (11 YOE) in clinical trials, drug safety and Pharmacovigilance. I have been trying to move into Healthcare consulting lately due to my interest.
