The founder Mr Sandeep Sharma he is a person who is having a great knowledge and keeps a positive attitude towards the employees and always provides a correct direction.. Yet I haven't experienced the same .. With any other organization.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The staff was very helpfull and helps in imroving your knowledge and skills. They provide ample growth opportunities and continous perfomance appraisal takes place. Best thing is that they provide a space to your creativity and let you experiment.
