The company is simply terrible. 0 job security they lay off people any moment, they hire people for managerial position and then move them to a recruiters level by giving an option of either choosing or quitting. Toxic management with a group of their favourites. I can go on and on but I think I made my point clear.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. iPlace has fantastic work policies like Gym reimbursements, Annual Health Check Up, Automatic pay hikes periodically (launchpad) etc.

iPlace Manager's and iPlace's strategy to handle any situation is its worst disadvantage. They will hire rapidly for unnecessary reason and fire even faster for no reasons. iPlace selection of Manager's is worst in any industry.
