Since this is a medium size company, we can learn everything. There is opportunity for learning a lot.

You can not leave the company even if you get a better opportunity. The management especially in Finance Management will force to serve entire 90 days notice period. Getting promotion and getting a good salary hike are once in a blue moon. If you are ready to face a worse situation in the notice period, you can join. You can never understand the performance appraisal calculation. There is no proper ERP, no supporting person available in Information systems team, only one person is handling entire IS team.
